You can declare your withdrawal online using the “Withdraw from contract” button. We process your name, the order details (e.g. order number, selected items) and your email address, as well as the date and time of receipt. We use this data to handle your withdrawal and to send you the acknowledgement of receipt required by law.

The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR in conjunction with Section 356a German Civil Code (legal obligation) and Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (performance of the contract).

The details from the withdrawal form are processed with Google Apps Script and stored in a Google spreadsheet. The acknowledgement of receipt is sent by email via our Google account. The provider is Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland. A transfer to the USA cannot be ruled out; Google is certified under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework. We store the details for as long as we need them to process the withdrawal and to meet statutory retention obligations.
